Returns

You have 30 days to return an item from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item is defective or we made an error.
